Our primary home is a craftstman-style house in the resort community of Semiahmoo, 2 miles from the seaside town of Blaine and the US-Canada border. It is a two-bedroom, 2-bath, two year-old home located in a friendly residential neighborhood surrounded by tall evergreen trees and the Semiahmoo Golf Club. From all windows of our home, we have intimate views of our lovely garden that includes stone patios, Japanese maples, rhododendrons, and a small pond and waterfall. Our home is fully-equiped with modern conveniences and we will provide you with use of our Audi A4 vehicle.       Our Vancouver apartment is located on the 7th floor of a high rise building with a great view of English Bay. We have bicycles there for riding on the seawall around the city and Stanley Park. A five minute ferry ride takes you to Granville Island with its shops and year-round produce and speciality markets.      We live in an area that experiences warm and sunny weather in the summer and early fall months, providing many outdoor activities a short distance from our homes. Within a one minute walk, you can play golf on a world-class course or dine on the sunny deck of a resort restaurant. There are many walking trails, both within the resort and along the beach at Semiahmoo or at Birch Bay Village. A half hour`s drive to the south is the charming ocean-side university city of Bellingham; an equal distance to the north is the Canadian resort community of White Rock with its ocean view restaurants to satisfy all tastes. Within 1-3 hours, you can drive to Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, to the north; Seattle to the south; the North Cascades Mountains to the southeast; and the ferry to the San Juan Islands and Victoria, B.C., to the southwest. Throughout the year, there are classical, pop and jazz musical events, art exhibits, museums, boating/rafting and alpine skiing, all accessible for day trips. Our area is the home of killer whales, bald eagles, and ancient forests.
