| | Vacation Apartment for Home Exchange in South, Kraków Ref:1129  View Map of Poland,South,Kraków 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, Sleeps 3 to 5 Our apartment is located in the most beautifull, famous, and the oldest city in Poland - Kraków. This is interesting place for young and older people (a lot of monuments, wonderfull places to see and also exellent night life). More information about Kraków is on the web site: www.krakow.pl. Kraków is close to the Tatra mountains and Zakopane(100 km). English is very popular and you can communicate in this language in every places. Location and Comunication: Apartment is located about 30 minutes by tram from the old center. Tram stop is 150 m far from flat. Cost of a ticket to the center is less than 1 euro. Taxi about 5-6 Euro. If you come to Kraków by plane, you can take a taxi to our apartment which costs about 15 euro (20 minutes of driving) or you can take a train from the airport to the railway station in the center and next tram nr 19 to the apartment. All trip takes about 1,5 H, all cost about 2-3 euro. Our apartment is located close to a forest, park (in front of the flat) and summer swimming pool (50 m from the flat). From a balcony you can see all the City, because it is 11th flor. In a building is an elevator wich take you up to 10 flor, and one you have to go by walk. Apartment details: Very sunny with many windows 70 m, 3 rooms(4 beds): leaving and sleepeing room, office, baby room; one kitchen, one bathroom, two balkons. We have also TVSat and internet. Shopping: 20 m from our flat is small shop, where you can buy basic products for brekfast. About 300 m. is located hipermarket with many other shops (sport, clothes, shoes etc.) Interesting to see in Kraków and in close region: - Royal Castle – Wawel, Wawel Cathedral - Jagiellonian University - Old Town and Market Square - St. Mary Basilique - Kazimierz, Jewish part of city - Salt Mine in Wieliczka (10 km from Kraków) - Concentration camp in Oswiecim (80 km from Kraków) - Dunajec River Gorge rafting and Czorsztyn and Niedzica Castle (80 to 120 km from Kraków) And many others interesting places.
