Set in an idyllic position in the seaside village of Carna, 50 miles west of Galway City.     Our holiday home is located amidst the wild splendour of Connemara. Carna is situated at the head of Iorras Aintheach Penninsula and is an ideal place from which to explore this vast area of rocky hills, lakes, endless shorelines with fine sandy beaches and islands.       There are 4 bedrooms(2 doubles & 2 twin) sleeping a max. of 9 people. There is a fully enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture. Facilities include TV with satelite, DVD, CD, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.          Linen and Towels are provided and there is a welcome pack on arrival.   The village has 4 shops (one having an in-house bakery and butcher) 2 Pubs and a Hotel/Restaurant. Traditional Irish music is available in Carna and neighbouring village Kilkieran.          

From Galway take the N59 towards Clifden. you will pass through Moycullen, Oughterard, Maam Cross and Recess. One mile beyond Recess you turn left for Carna(signposted). Galway airport and train 1 hr 15 mins.   Supper Exchange House in Ireland Irish island near Galway, Carna village for Vacation
