Located 4 minutes from A1 motorway which runs from London to Scotland. Every part of the UK is easily accessible via train, car and airport. Train Station is 4 mins away, with a 10 to 15 mins walk. Via train: York 45 mins, Edinburgh 2 hrs and London 2hrs 45 mins. Airport - Newcastle is half a twenty minute drive. The house was built in line with Durham City`s strict planning restrictions blending in with its historic history and environs. The area offers many sights such as the Roman wall, beautiful countryside, historic, cultural and religious historic significance. `Land of the Prince Bishops` where the Lindisfarne book is kept just 30 minutes drive away on Lindisfarne. Beautiful, rugged north east coastline and countryside placed well for easy access to the Lake district - one and a half hours beautiful drive. I wouldn`t want to live anywhere else in the world and I`ve travelled extensively to many beautiful places.
