Our house is an Edwardian four-bedroom semi-detached family home in the most desirable area of Liverpool, a few minutes’ walk from Penny Lane. We are within easy reach of Liverpool’s museums, the historical Albert Dock, Beatles homes, Soccer Clubs. Great walking in the nearby Lake District, Snowdonia, and the Peak District. Frequent flights to Ireland and Europe from nearby Liverpool John Lennon Airport. All amenities - shops, restaurants, wine-bars, cinema, library, train station (to Manchester and Liverpool centre), public park – are just round the corner.      In addition to four bedrooms (can bed 7) we have a substantial converted loft used as playroom and gym; a fully fitted kitchen, with airy morning room, living room with piano, cable TV, hi-fi etc; computer with permanent internet broadband and wireless network in study room. We have pine floors throughout, a walled garden to rear.
