We are situated 5 kms north of Gosford. Our main bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite, and a parents retreat opening on to the pool, we have spacious and pretty front and rear gardens and a double garage. We have no pets. Rail to Sydney approx 1 hour (10 min walk to station)
20 min drive to Avoca, Terrigal and surrounding beaches. 30 mins drive to the Entrance Beach.
Airport train connection from Sydney terminal or drive from here approx 1 hour 30 mins. Many local . This is an exclusive beachside area, well served by buses to the city and with a lovely local shopping village, Avalon. We have movie theatres, banks, cafes, boutiques, galleries, bakeries and supermarkets. And we have restaurants, restaurants and more restaurants. All this is 5 minutes by car from the house. Within less than a kilometre are golf courses, tennis courts, fishing, sailing and hiking in the adjacent National Park.
