It is 18kms away from the harbour town of Fethiye and Calis beach on the turquoise coast of turkey. It sits on a hillside, with mountains around it and views over the plain to the mountains beyond. Book to stay during any week in May or June and get £100 pw off All other 2 week bookings will get 10% and 1 week bookings 5% off. On entering the villa you get a feeling of space. On the first floor there is an open plan lounge that leads out onto the pool terrace, Separate dining room that has a French balcony over looking the pool, fully equipped kitchen with a large balcony, family bathroom which has a separate jacussi bath and shower cubical, and a double bedroom (ideal if you have a member in your party that has trouble getting up stairs) with a balcony over looking part of the garden. Steps lead down from the pool terrace into the garden. Upstairs you will find, another open plan seating area, the family shower room, 1 en-suite bedroom with a balcony, 2 twin bedded rooms one of which has a balcony and the family bedroom that has a double bed and sofa bed in it. This bedroom shares its large balcony with the seating area. All the balconies offer lovely views. There is also a small annex that sleeps up to 4 beneath the house. It has its own entrance, large shower room 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, table and 2 chairs and tea /coffee making facilities, which may be made available if required at an extra cost. (Please note that the annex does not have air con and would not be occupied by anyone else whilst you are renting the villa as it is not available to rent separately). A short walk from the villa is the village of Uzumlu. The village is one of spectacular natural beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests, rugged hillsides and The international airport of Dalaman is approx 45 mins away..
