Villa placed in Urbanization Atalayas, formed for chalets individual, extensive, landscaped and in a calm and sunny zone.   Behind the hill one finds Sierra de Irta, a excellent mountains for trekking, bicycle and other sports.      Villa del Mar has an incomparable view of the whole Peñíscola`s coast (beaches, castle, old town...), Benicarló and Vinaroz, and it is possible to enjoy from any point of the chalet.
