Our home in Spain is fully equipped with every facility that you could wish for to make your stay an enjoyable one, a brief description is as follows:         2 Bedrooms both with two single beds, these rooms have the added comfort of ceiling fans.the rear master bedroom also has the added luxury of it`s own upstairs terrace!! A sofa bed in the lounge offers room for a further 2 guests, with the maximum of guests being six . A hot and cold air conditioning system is also installed for further comfort.      Interior Facilities: Cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,sandwich maker, kettle, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes dryer, satellite (english) television,dvd player, radio/cd player. All linen and towels provided.(we even provide beach towels). The dining area with seat up to six. A full bathroom upstairs and a separate shower room downstairs. A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials has a utility room leading off it. The lounge has sliding double patio doors leading to the back patio and garden. A private gate to a residents only garden and pool, the pool also benefits from a safe"children`s area" at one end, also provided for your comfort is a Patio table and chairs for 4 people and 2 sun-loungers and a barbeque. Off street parking is available at the front of the property. The beach, local supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all within a 10 minute walk!!       The property is situated at Mar de Cristal, on the Mar Menor near La Manga. Your nearest airport is Murcia which is only a short 25 minute drive away, as an alternative you can fly to Alicante which is just over one hour away. Car hire at Murcia airport is very good. Within easy walking distance, you have a choice of restaurants available and bars.
