The light and airy living room looks out to the pool and has stylish leather sofas and windows to the terrace. There is a separate, very well equipped kitchen with a dining area. The villa has four attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large king bed and there are three with twin bedrooms and two full bathrooms.      Exterior: At the front of the property is a secluded sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the 4.5x3 metre, private heated swimming pool. The villa is one of a group of similar villas all in their own grounds and surrounded by high walls, for privacy. For larger groups in is possible to book more than one property.      Amenities: The villa is located a two-minute walk to the beautiful Las Cucharas beach. There are many restaurants along the beach front and from there it is a ten minute walk along the promenade into the centre of Costa Teguise, with all its many and varied facilities. As well as fabulous swimming, the beach is famous for being an excellent windsurfing centre and there is a surf school on the beach. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and it is a short drive to the island’s only golf course and the nearby aqua park.      Services: There is a weekly maid service and a mid week mini clean and towel change.      Car Requirements: A car is not considered necessary for this property.
