In the historic center of the city, just in the middle of the Barrio Gótico with the narrow and winding streets that makes the Gothic Quarter unique in the world. Close to Plaça Sant Jaume and at walking distance from the most interesting attractions that the city offers: Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, beaches, the Picasso Museum, the Liceo Opera House, the Cathedral, “el Borne” and the central shopping area.       In an old building in the gothic neighbourhood, that once formed part of the old medieval walls of Barcelona; the façade has been recently restored.       Nice studio apartment, ideal for a couple, a young family or a group of friends. Completely renewed and refurbished maintaining the old style with the restored wooden doors and the original ceilings with exposed wooden beams and ancient brick vaults. Second floor with no lift.    Up to four people.      Spacious living area with one sofa bed.    Comfortable dining area with table and chairs for four.    One bedroom area with a double bed.    Bathroom with shower.    Fully equipped kitchen.    Towels and bed linen are provided.    Cot for babies upon request.       Apartments can be rented for a minimum of three days. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.   Late arrival fee: All arrivals after 9:00 PM will have a surcharge of 30 euros.      During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartment may have:   a surcharge, a minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%.
