Three bedroom, two bathroom, semi-detached house in the lovely town of Almoradi overlooking the communal pool. The house benefits from air-conditioning, satellite television, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a lovely solarium off the first floor landing with great views of the countryside towards the mountains. The stunning beaches of Guardamar are only about a 10 minute drive away as are several excellent golf courses.

Transfer times from both Alicante and Murcia airports is approximately 45 minutes. Pick up and return can be arranged through ourselves at a cost of 50 euros each way for up to 5 passengers.
