It is situated in the quant Seatown area of Gardenstown on the Banffshire Coast ,a largely undiscovered area of North-East Scotland. It has a Lounge with open fire, Dining Kitchen, Three Bedrooms and a delightful outside area where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while gazing out to Gamrie Bay. It really is a place to come and unwind from the pressures of modern life.   Gardenstown is undoubtedly one of the prime seafront village that lace the Moray Coast. No two days are the same here.   A low tide will reveal a mix of scenic beach and colourful rockpools, contrasted by a high tide bringing waves crashing onto the fisherman`s cottages along the seafront. The area is the ideal place to get away from it all, hence it`s popularity with artists and nature lovers. In the village there is a Post Office, Grocer`s Shop, Pub, Restaurant and two Art Galleries.   Gardenstown is situated in the next bay to Pennan which was used as the location for the film "Local Hero".   The nearest towns are Banff/Macduff which are 7 miles away.    Aberdeen Airport is approximately 45 miles away.
