It`s across the street from the largest mall in Cancun (Kulkulcan Plaza). You are walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, and close to the Cancun nightlife and entertainment. It is a larger 1 bedroom unit, and can sleep up to 6. A great deal! The condo has a large bedroom, with 2 queen beds, and two full size futon couches in the living room. It has a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, new microwave, refrigerator, stove, and oven. The unit is fully and furnished. It is a spacious and nicely furnished condo, on two floors. There is a lovely balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! Sleep upstairs to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There are beautiful marble floors throughout the condo.
