It is about 150 metres from the sea.   On the ground floor, there are   - a fully open-plan kitchen ( with refrigerator, microwave oven, cuttlery, gas stove/electric cooker, electric kettle and other electric appliances )   living-room/dining-room.    The spacious dining-room opens on a large eating-area terrace. Next to the terrace is found the private swimming-pool and its jacuzzi in the tropical garden.   One double bedroom is found on the ground-floor.   On the first floor, there are:   - 2 master bedrooms, each bedroom has its ensuite shower room and toilet.
