In short, the house is made up of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen-bed room and 1 twin-bed room), 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 laundry (pantry) room. The front door takes you into the hall, where there are the kitchen (on the left side), the living room (on the right) and the stairs, which leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore at the ground floor there is another room (with independent entrance) which is used for a laundry. From the patio,you can go to the private garden (approximately 100 square metres), where there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, and BBQ. The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). We have provided a television (satellite), DVD, radio and CD player. We have not yet installed a telephone, but telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office (not more than 50 metres away). A central heating system (oil-fired) has also been installed. And, naturally, a working fireplace adorns the kitchen, as how would a mountain house be complete without one! Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature`s lovers. Indeed, Pascoso`s finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. However, it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc., and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio) are no more than 30 miles far. Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy’s finest golf courses, such as Montecatini Golf course and many others. Closes airports: Pisa (airport Galileo Galilei), 50 km; Florence (airport Amerigo Vespucci) 90 Km.
