The cottage is ideally situated in quiet countryside with excellent views over surrounding areas. Ideal for walking and picnics. Whilst being only approx. ½ hour from sandy beaches and main towns where excellent and very reasonable restaurants abound. This cottage is ideal for family holidays or couples just seeking a relaxing holiday in the heart of Brittany or house hunting and is available all year round. La Croix Cocault is a Sunday changeover day. The accommodation consists on the ground floor of open-plan sitting/dining area with fully equipped kitchen to one end. Sitting area has TV (French), DVD, stereo/cd radio system, comfortable chairs, and large dining table. Woodburner. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob and oven, toaster and everything you will need right down to the obligatory cork screw! On the first floor there is a double bedroom with superb views to the front overlooking open countryside, bedroom with bunk beds and small balcony and views over rear garden. Shower Room with hydro-massage shower unit. Further mezzanine floor with two further single beds. Washing machine, iron/iron board. Electric heating in all main rooms. Outside there is a mature enclosed garden with adjoining paddock surrounded in cherry trees with swings for children. There are also 3 adult bikes available for your use. Barbecue area. Garden furniture with sun canopy for summer use. Cottage available all year round. All bedding/linen, towells are included within the price, and welcome pack on arrival. Cot and highchair available.
