A region of music and dance festivals, markets and brocantes.   An area for people who love peace with plenty of possibilities in the locality to play golf, cycle, go horse riding or walking, fishing, canoeing and swimming.   One must ofcourse visit one of its many vineyard to taste and buy wine.   Some of the famous wine regions nearby: the Graves, Sauternais, Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Entre Deux Mers, Première Côtes de Bordeaux, Côtes de Bergerac, Monbazillac.
