Nestling just 10 metres from the bank of the river Tarn, `Rives St. Maury` is located within `The Golden Triangle`, midway between Gaillac and Albi. The apartment constitutes the ground floor of the house and has been prepared to a very high standard.    Marssac village, with its extraordinarily wide range of shops, is just a twenty minute walk from the house. Both Gaillac and Albi are approximately 10km distant. There is satellite TV, (including BBC, Sky CNN etc.), DVD, a stereo CD/fm radio system, ADSL internet access, stocked bookcase etc. The bedroom, (sleeps 2 in sheer luxury), with it`s 2 metre x 2 metre bed, has an en-suite bathroom with an extra large shower, toilet and vanity unit. The entire area is centrally heated for winter visitors.    N.B. Kindly note the apartment is a smoke free zone and is not suitable for children or pets.   A barbeque is available, together with garden furniture, and a paddle boat is provided, at no charge. For those with more ambitious intentions there is a leisure centre just 5 km from `Rives`, with a swimming pool, boat renting, tennis and mini-golf facilities.
