Villakula is located in a very private hill side position above a ravine with wonderful sea and mountain views. Roof Top Apartment is located at the highest point of the villa and, needless to say, has the most amazing views from its large private terrace/balcony. The accommodation comprises of a lounge/kitchen area with a double sofa bed, an armchair and a TV with separate DVD player. There are a range of kitchen units with sink, microwave oven, gas hob and fridge, together with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Through a lovely old arch is the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning unit. Adjacent is the ensuite shower room with WC and hand basin. Outside is a fabulous large roof terrace affording spectacular views of the sea, mountains and old village of Lapta sprawling over the surrounding hillsides. There is a wrought iron dining table and chairs and a built in stone BBQ. Roof Top Apartment has the use of Villekula’s large roman ended swimming pool, which measures 12m x 6m, sun loungers, garden furniture and gym equipment. There is a small kitchen area by the pool which has a washing machine for the use of guests staying in our two apartments. Roof Top Apartment is on the third floor of Villekula so guests should be aware that there are a considerable number of steps to be negotiated on the journey to this delightful setting. Villakula is located in the old village of Lapta, about 10 Kms from Kyrenia. There are local mini markets, bakers and small restaurants within the village but car hire is highly recommended. The nearest local beaches are approximately 5 minutes drive away, where you will also find a number of bars and restaurants. We provide bed linen, which will be changed mid week, and bath and hand towels. Gues 45 minutes from Ercan and 90 minutes from Larnaca.
