Newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, patio has gas barbeque, patio table and chairs. A cot, crib, highchair and play-pen are available at no extra charge. TV, DVD player, selection of board games and books for those quiet evenings in front of the fireplace - we provide the firewood!      Located on a 9 acre hobby farm overlooking fields and a wooded valley, with wild-flowers, birds and wildlife - a haven for nature lovers! You can fish in the river that runs at the edge of our property, and enjoy the woodland walks.       St Thomas is a small town, know for friendly people, safe neighbourhoods and pretty public parks. Just 10 minutes south of Highway 401, 20 minutes from the centre of London, Ontario.      Our property is just 5 minutes from the OFSC trails in this area. Snowmobiles may be rented locally - enquire about rates.      The apartment is rented from 4pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday. All bed-linen and towels are provided. A complimentary fruit basket and start-up groceries await you upon your arrival (eggs, cheese, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, bread).      Advanced booking is recommended with a 25% deposit required, balance to be paid upon arrival.      

The apartment is a 2 hour drive from Toronto Airport and pick-up can be arranged. If you wish to rent a car for your holiday in Canada, we can help you arrange that locally, which is usually less expensive that renting a car at a major airport..   While you are here you must visit the local town of St Thomas, Rural to see the sights, is typical of Canada

Caravan - Sunnybrook Farm Self-catering Caravan is 24` long and is set in its own site, close to the main house and adjacent to the river, and offers clean, medium quality accommodation in a rural setting.       Amid the quiet, peaceful surroundings you can enjoy your own picnic table and fire pit, with fire-wood provided.         The caravan has a settee which converts to a double bed and two bunk beds, and has a dining table which also converts to a bed; there is a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and sandwich maker, hot and cold water, small bath-tub/shower, wash-basin and toilet.       All bed-linen and towels are provided. The caravan makes an ideal base for people who want a quiet and relaxing, inexpensive holiday in the Ontario countryside. The caravan has a selection of board games and books for those quiet evenings around the camp-fire.       The Caravan is rented on a weekly basis; 4 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday, short stays are available in Low Season and Last Minute Breaks.       Price per week ranges from $300.00 to $450.00 Canadian dollars.
