The cottage itself is rated 4 stars with Canada Select and    features 1 or 2 bedrooms complete with quality bedding, queen,    double and or twins beds, built in closets, ceiling fans, patio    doors, bureaus and night stands with lamps and clock radios. The    ocean facing living room and kitchen are open concept and come with    all the ammenities of home- built in dishwasher, full size new    refrigerator, range, microwave, small appliances, cutlery, dishes,    glassware, pots and pans. In the living room look out over the ocean    from a comfy sofa or arm chair, watch satellite TV, or rent some    movies for the VCR, enjoy our extensive collection of books or    boardgames or just relax and enjoy.       Each cottage features large decks that face the ocean, and each has    a full size propane BBQ, deck furniture, picnic table and an outside    firepit.      Or you can join us at the beach for a nightly bon fire and mussel    steam.      Our local beaches are best around! We have 5 public beaches here on    Cape Sable Island, all are gorgeous white sand and very uncrowded.    Enjoy the cool waters, the hot sands, a beautiful sunset or sunrise    and tremendous bird watching from any of our beaches. Visit a    different beach everyday.    

We are a short one hours drive away from the CAT ferry port of Yarmouth, and only 30 minutes away from The Scotia Prince`s proposed new home of Shelburne.
