We added a 7m x 3.5m swimming pool in June 2005 and made changes to the adjacent 7m x 5m building, to form a three bedded, detached bed room which we call the ‘Den’. It is great for those `rebellious teenagers’ who cannot possibly go on holiday with Mum & Dad!   The ‘Den’ is equipped with a TV and DVD (which will also play CD’s) and has its own shower and toilet.   The villa will sleep a maximum of 14, including 3 in the ‘Den’ and 2 on the foldaway bed in the main lounge.   There are 3 double bedrooms and a triple in the main building and 2 bathrooms.   There is a large and a small lounge.   The large lounge is part of the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is 12m long and has two large picture windows looking on to the pool and out over Varna to the sea. This room has a large TV withsatelite and DVD.   The small lounge leads out to a shady veranda. It has a double sofa bed and a CD/radio.   The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, hob[2x gas 2x electric, kettle, toaster, etc.   Villa Pearl is a No Smoking Zone.
