Grumpy and Happy Villa is a 6000 square foot upscale two story Villa that is divided into three totally separate and independent units, each with it`s own private entry. We call the separate units Villa 1, Villa 2 and Villa 3. Each Villa is beautifully furnished featuring local art and beautiful wood working. The units can be rented separately or together in any combo! The Villa is state-of-the-art styrofoam construction with concrete reinforcement to ensure reduced noise transmission from room to room and unit to unit.    We are located 1 mile south of town; the last house on a quiet residential street. Right next door is a beautiful green belt. LOTS of birds, iguanas and other interesting wildlife right next to you. It is only a minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.    Our company name, Grumpy and Happy, was Jolene`s idea...you may arrive a little stressed and Grumpy but will soon relax and be Happy when the Caribbean breezes, azure waters, and blue skies take effect! We take personal care of our customers, arranging tours or taking you snorkeling on our own large private boat.
