The apartment is on the third floor of a modern chalet style building. It has a large balcony with views of the slopes, is 38 m2 and is ideal for a family of 4, although it will sleep 6. The living and dining area is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen, There is a lobby with good storage, separate bathroom and toilet, Sleeping arrangements consist of 4 adult sized bunks in one room (partitioned) and a large double sofa bed in the lounge.       Storage for skis etc and washing machines etc. in basement and private parking at rear of building.       The best thing is that its quiet, yet right next door to the leisure complex , only 250 metres from the lift and ski depot and a stone’s throw from the centre of the village.      What you will need to take:   You should take your own towels, and sheets for a double and as many singles as you need.       Ski hire and lift passes:   We have negotiated a discounted rate on ski and boot hire at one of the shops near to the new lift. Details of this deal are in the apartment.       We have also negotiated discounted rates with the outdoor adventure company based in the leisure complex. In addition to skiing there is a wealth of other activities to enjoy, particularly in the spring and summer months when the valley really comes alive. Unlike many mountain resorts, Zell is a truly all year round holiday destination but even so it has lost none of its charm, it has simply upped its game to better cater for the needs of its guests. It is even becoming well known for its golf!
